The suite
A table by the window, and nobody else in the room
Holo is a private suite with one table, one lamp and one client. There is no rush to the next appointment, because there isn't one waiting.
Text when you arrive and the door is opened for you. One guest may sit with you. Parking is free in the lot behind the building.

Deposit to book
A deposit holds the time for a set and goes toward your service. Fills, removal and repairs don't need one.

A 15-minute grace period
Running late? You have 15 minutes. After that the set may be shortened, or moved to another day.
- 03
Cancel 48 hours ahead
Tell us two days out and your time goes to someone else. Inside that window, the deposit stays with the studio.
- 04
A redo window
If a nail lifts or chips, tell us within a week and we'll look at it.

Removal first
Wearing someone else's work? Book removal with your set, so the time is held and your nails are ready.

One guest
One guest may sit with you. The room is small and the tools are close.

Questions
What people ask first
Do you take walk-ins?
No. Holo is appointment only, so every client has a table and a time. Book on the booking page, or text if you aren't sure which set you want.
Can I bring a picture?
Please do. Send it to the studio's text line before the day or bring it with you, and we'll plan the length, shape and design level from it. A saved photo, a screenshot or a sketch all work.
How long does a set take?
Most sets take between two and a half and five hours, depending on the design level. The design guide shows each level and its time.
Do I need to book removal?
If you are wearing someone else's work, yes. Book removal first or add it to your set so the time is held. Please don't pull or peel it off yourself.
What if a nail lifts?
Tell us within a week and we'll look at it. A fix is a redo of the nail.
How do you clean your tools?
We clean and disinfect tools between clients, and metal tools go through an autoclave. Each client gets a new file and buffer.
